For new clients:
1. First Fitting (60 minutes)
-Ready to purchase-
To commence the process of creating custom garments with us, please book your first fitting appointment. During this session, your dedicated stylist will assist you in selecting fabrics and design elements, delve into our signature styles, and engage in discussions regarding your distinct garment requirements, including your personal style, current wardrobe collection, and lifestyle. Throughout this appointment, we will take a series of body measurements and fit you in our try-on garments to ensure your custom pieces are tailored precisely to your fit preferences.
2. Consultation (30 minutes)
-Browse and learn more before committing-
If uncertain about our process or made to measure in general, we recommend scheduling a complimentary consultation. During this session, we will personally guide you through our approach, ascertain your style preferences, and offer expert advice on fabric selection. Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed summary comprising style notes and fabric recommendations for your consideration. There is no obligation to purchase any garments, it's simply an opportunity to learn more about ChloeMonique.
3. Second Fitting (30 minutes)
Each custom garment requires approximately six weeks to create. During your second fitting, you will try on your newly crafted pieces, allowing us to examine their fit and construction. Should further alterations be necessary, our experienced tailoring team will make these adjustments. A final fitting may be arranged, contingent upon the extent of alterations required; alternatively, your garments will be carefully prepared for collection or conveniently dispatched via courier to your specified address.
For existing clients:
1. Styling Sessions (30 mins, 60 mins)
For existing clients, whose measurements we already have on file from previous fittings, we offer styling sessions. This type of appointment is for the purpose of ordering new custom pieces. Styling sessions can be booked for 30 to 60 minutes - we will assess your needs to determine the right appointment length for you.
For those who are time poor, we can offer virtual appointments, however we often find that seeing the fabrics in person is most useful if your schedule allows for it.
2. Concierge Services
For our busy clients who are familiar with our garments and wish to purchase new pieces more frequently without coming to see us, we offer concierge services.
Simply get in contact with details of the pieces you wish to acquire and we will tailor personal style and fabric suggestions, sharing these with you via phone, email or in person at our Melbourne Atelier.

Each garment is custom-made, with pricing dependent on the fabric selected. We invite you to book a consultation, a complimentary appointment at our Melbourne Atelier, where we can elaborate on our tiered pricing model and present our array of styles and fabrics firsthand. Rest assured, there is no obligation to make a purchase during this appointment; it is simply an opportunity to acquaint yourself with our brand and methods.

Payment
We take full upfront payment at your first fitting.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Afterpay In-Store.
Please note - AMEX payments will incur a surcharge.
No, we do not sell our made-to-measure clothing online.
We take payment in person at our Atelier, following your first fitting.
For existing clients, we provide the option of keeping your payment details securely on file with us for ease of future ordering. We will correspond with you directly on the purchase of new garments.
SIZING
ChloeMonique is a made to measure brand, which means we personalise each of our garments specifically to our client's body measurements using a range of fit tools.
As an approximate guide we can fit from an Australian size 4 to an Australian size 22.
If you sit outside of this size range, please don't hesitate to get in contact as we may still be able to accomodate your size.
Lead Times
Following your first fitting, the creation of your custom garments will require approximately five to six weeks. A subsequent fitting will then be arranged to ensure the fit is correct, with any necessary adjustments being refined by our tailoring team within one week. Upon completion, your garments may be collected at your convenience or delivered with care to your preferred address via our courier service.
