1. Book an appointment
For first-time clients, we offer two types of appointments:
Complimentary Consultation:
-Browse and learn before committing-
If uncertain about our process or made to measure in general, we recommend scheduling a consultation. During this session, we will personally guide you through our approach, ascertain your style preferences, and offer expert advice on fabric selection. Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed summary comprising style notes and fabric recommendations for your consideration.
First Fitting
-Ready to Purchase-
If you're ready to commence the process of creating custom garments with us, please book your first fitting appointment. During this session, your dedicated stylist will assist you in selecting fabrics, delve into our signature styles, and engage in discussions regarding your distinct garment requirements, including your personal style, current wardrobe collection, and lifestyle. Throughout this appointment, you will be fitted in our try-on garments, during which we will take your measurements and discuss your preferred fit to tailor each garment accordingly.

DURATION: 30 minutes
2. Second Fitting
Each custom garment requires approximately six weeks to create. During your second fitting, you will try on your newly crafted pieces, allowing us to examine their fit and construction. Should further alterations be necessary, our experienced tailoring team will make these adjustments. A final fitting may be arranged, contingent upon the extent of alterations required; alternatively, your garments will be carefully prepared for collection or conveniently dispatched via courier to your specified address.

3. Style Concierge Services
Concierge services are available to all ChloeMonique clientele.
Following your first fitting, we will create a profile capturing your style preferences, previous orders, and measurements. For any future orders you wish to place with us, we will tailor personal style and fabric suggestions, sharing these with you via phone, email or in person at our Melbourne Atelier.
